Afghan Jail Transfer By NATO

The NATO alliance in Afghanistan to stop the transfer of Afghan detainees in prisons, some of the allegations of torture in future United Nations report.






National Coalition leaders said Wednesday they were held together with "caution" until they can check the results of the UN report, published in the near future.



Authority should cover at least eight Afghan prisons, where the alleged incidents of torture occurred.
Some analysts fear that torture is, how the Afghans are ready to lead the security measures, Coalition Forces.

NATO is the first step to produce additional security the Afghan army and police of a gradual process, which should be completed within three years.
