Company’s plasma television Viera’s brand ambassador & actor Ranvir Kapoor introduced this TV with president of Panasonic Corporation Mr. Fumo Ohtsubo. Company has not announced price of this new product. But price is same as other competitor’s 3-D Televisions.
Samsung has launched first this 3-D television in India and so other companies will also launched their 3-D Television models. In near future LG has also launched its 3-D Television model.
Marketing officer of Panasonic India Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Manish Sharma said that in the compare of 2008 selling of LCDs of the company has 400% and selling of Plasma 143% grown up. He also said that with the comparison of 2009 they grow up the selling of LCDs up to 243% and Plasma up to 94% in the current financial year.
