Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavanne has approved the development of the island of 250 rough and dilapidated buildings in Mumbai city through urban renewal plan.
Burhan Saifee Trust will carry out a reconstruction of these buildings BHENDI Bazaar. The buildings are divided into 39 585 square feet and nine reservations in South Mumbai.
As many as 4,237 tenants receive at least 300 sq. maja.Arendajad is a corpus fund for 10 years, so that tenants do not have to bear the maintenance after construction lõpetamist.Arendaja have to pay Rs 5000 per sq m as the municipal authorities to develop basic infrastructure for the development of a tax position.
