Ahmedabad :: Godhra massacre case to sentence the guilty on 31 of the special court reserved for decision until March. During the prosecution urged the culprits to capital punishment.
Judge RR Patel Sabarmati jail sentence at issue in the prosecution and defense arguments heard and reserved for decision until Tuesday.
On February 22 the court in this case was convicted 31 people and 63 others were acquitted. In its decision the court admitted that in 2002 was a conspiracy behind the Godhra incident, in which 59 man in a compartment of Sabarmati Express was burnt alive.
