Tokyo: Japan Government announced an emergency today. Emergency is declared for the five nuclear reactors at two quake-striken powerplants. Japan's NISA (Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency) said that the Radiation surged around 1000 times the normal level in the control room of one reactor.
